Volunteer Staff Policy

1. Complete and submit your Volunteer Staff Application no latter than 90 days prior to the Training for which you are applying. Staff Applications can be downloaded from the WWIL Website or the region can mail one to you upon your request. You need to apply for each training you desire to staff.
2. Each Region selects staff approximately 60 days prior to the Training.
3. After staff selection is made, notice will be sent to you at least 45 days prior to Training stating if you are: 1) accepted for staffing, 2) put on a wait list for staffing, or 3) advised to do other preparation prior to staffing.
4. Staff requests received after staff have been selected will be reviewed on a needs basis.

Requirements for First Staffing Request

1. Completion of the Woman Within® Training Weekend.
2. Commitment to working on your own issues in some way. It is very important that we are each committed to do our individual work apart from staffing Trainings.
3. Payment of staff lodging fees.
4. Attendance at the staff meeting(s).
5. Attendance at the Celebration following the Training. (Waiver for this will be made for staff who come from out of town.)
6. Completion of One-Day Staff Training.
   All Requirements and Recommendations for Staffing can be found in the Manual or by request from Woman Within® International or the Regions.

** Please Note: Woman Within Network Sponsors may have additional requirements for staffing Woman Within Trainings within their individual regions. Please contact the local representative for further details.

Staff applications should be submitted no less than 75-90 days prior to the weekend. General staff selection is made 60 days prior to the weekend - facilitation teams and leadership staff earlier.
